Something Different

In 2022 I finally got a little tired of the same old pattern. So, I started creating other items too. I made stockings, sweaters, beanies, doll clothes, and plushies! Plushies are any stuffed toy, made using a velvet or chenille yarn. Usually pretty quick and easy and fun to make and give! Enjoy some of the pictures from my creative era.

Current News:
As of March 2023, I began a break that lasted a few months. I no longer have my creations inside the Sweet Shop. Slowly I've begun crocheting for family and friends again. I guess I just got overwhelmed and had lots of pain in my arms and hands. I'll see what I can keep up with for now!

Past News:
November 5th, 2022: Tried my hand at making my very own Paddington Bear. Only one available, being offered as a fundraiser prize for families in need. I think he's my favorite!
Bear made with Premier® Just Chenille Yarn in Cocoa and Premier® Parfait Chunky in Toffee. His coat and hat are made with discontinued yarn. Lion Brand Suede in Red and Denim.

Limited Run Series of Jelly Bean Bears! One in each flavor of Strawberry, Orange, Lemon, Lime, Blueberry & Grape. Beautiful ombre colors with a soft texture.

Past News:
This past year, in 2021, I found a niche for mini bears. Thanks so a very soft, very beautiful, very discontinued yarn from Bernat® called Baby Crushed Velvet. This has led to many mini bears being made. But don't worry I bought enough stock for 2022 also!
These bears only measure 9" tall and are super soft to the touch. I also offer them with customizable wooden chalkboard tag and white gift box!
