This year I made my first character bear for the Ronald McDonald House in Bakersfield, CA. I also made a 'baby' bear out of baby yarn to go with it's mama bear. Funny thing is this bear is the correct size for the original pattern. I also started playing with textures and colors. I made quite a few bears using the colors of companies and groups. I also realized I could use sports team colors and make a whole new group of people happy.
